What does a quality controller do?

A quality controller carries out tests to establish the quality of raw materials, bulk stocks of semi-manufactured products, and end products. Which activities will you be conducting? By means of quality requirements and procedures, you continuously check the arriving goods, manufacturing and end product. You are proactive and take action to prevent and/or remedy complaints. You are responsible for the applicable quality requirements and you do not release the product/process if you believe the quality cannot be ensured. Additionally, you supervise the use of protective equipment during production. Often, you carry out the tasks in the distribution or production environment itself. You record your findings in reports.
